About mail.
Is a Sodaroad address a real email address?
Yes. you@sodaroad.com (or @officeparty.ai) receives from anyone and sends to anyone, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place. It is your account as well as your address.
What happens to mail I send?
Every send walks a ladder: queued, sent, delivered or bounced. Bounces are classified, and a hard-bounced address is suppressed until you choose to send anyway.
Do you keep my mail?
Yes, encrypted, until you delete it or your account. There is no retention clock and no export hostage: a JSON export with everything decrypted is one click away.
What does Sodaroad do with images and HTML from outside senders?
Outside HTML renders through a fixed allowlist and remote images are held back until you choose Show images for that message. Pictures embedded in the message itself are shown, because they are already on our server.
