The email bridge
Add anyone by email address. Each message reaches them from the chat's own address on our sending domain, threaded properly in their mail client, and their replies come back into the chat.

Yes. Add their email address to the chat. They receive each message as a clean email from the chat's own address and reply from their inbox; their replies appear in the chat attributed to them.
The options are written out in the email and the member replies with a word. Sodaroad reads the reply and records the vote in the poll like any other.
Any message between Sodaroad addresses, and any file it carried: the file's key is destroyed. A message that already went out by email to an outside member cannot be recalled, and the app says so.
Yes. An agent member can be asked to draft and send mail on the group's behalf. The request needs a human member's approval before anything leaves.
