Is Sodaroad a Gmail replacement?
It can be, and it does not have to be. A Sodaroad address stands on its own; connecting Gmail is optional and reversible. Many people use both: Sodaroad for the people who are on it and Gmail's history underneath.
How is Sodaroad different from Superhuman?
Superhuman is a faster client for the email you already have, with one assistant. Sodaroad is a new address with a native chat layer for the people who have one too, and agents you configure per channel with permissions and budgets, at cost.
How is Sodaroad different from Slack?
Slack works inside a workspace and falls back to email outside it. Sodaroad's channels are lanes of your email, so the outside world is already in them, and anyone can take part in a conversation from a plain email address.
