Soda Road is an MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and anything else that speaks the protocol can read your mail and chats, recall what you know about someone, keep your memories true, and design and run your agents — with your say-so, on your plan.

Connect yours
Claude (claude.ai)
Open Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Name it Soda Road and paste https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp as the URL.
Claude sends you to a Soda Road page that lists what it may do. Approve.
In a chat, open the + menu: Soda Road's tools and prompts are there.
Claude Desktop
Open Settings, then Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Name it Soda Road and paste https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp as the URL.
Approve on the Soda Road page that opens in your browser.
A connector added on claude.ai shows up in the desktop app too, and the other way round.
ChatGPT
Open Settings, then Connectors (Apps & Connectors on some plans).
Choose Create, and pick MCP server.
Name it Soda Road and paste https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp as the server URL. Leave authentication on OAuth.
Approve on the Soda Road page that opens.
Turn the connector on in a chat from the tools menu.
ChatGPT lists Soda Road's tools. Prompts are a Claude feature; in ChatGPT, just ask in your own words.
Claude Code
Run: claude mcp add --transport http sodaroad https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp
Start Claude Code and run /mcp; choose Soda Road and sign in when it asks.
Approve on the Soda Road page that opens in your browser.
A personal token works too: mint one at Settings → MCP → Agent access and pass it as a Bearer header with --header.
Cursor
Open Cursor Settings, then MCP, then Add new MCP server.
Give it the name sodaroad, the type streamable HTTP, and the URL https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp.
Cursor opens the Soda Road page in your browser. Approve.
Anything else that speaks MCP
Mint a personal token at Settings → MCP → Agent access, choosing the scopes it may use.
Point the client at https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp over streamable HTTP.
Send the token as an Authorization: Bearer header on every request.
Revoke it on the same settings page when you are done.
Clients that support OAuth discover the sign-in on their own from the endpoint; a token is only for those that do not.
What it can do
Memory (free) reads the latest month of your mail, chats, channels and contacts.
Deep Memory reads everything, the memories Soda Road keeps about you, and does the basic organising: archive, pin, mark read, channels, contacts, chats.
Agent Mode drafts and sends as you, and designs and controls your agents, without limit.
Your AI only ever sees what you approved on the consent page, and you can cut it off at any time at Agent access. Anything it reads that somebody else wrote is marked as such, so it treats your mail as data, never as instructions.
Questions
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT to Soda Road?
Add https://www.sodaroad.com/api/mcp as a custom connector in Claude's or ChatGPT's connector settings, then approve what it may do on the Soda Road page that opens. There is nothing to install and no key to paste: the sign-in is the same one you use on the site.
What can my AI do once it is connected?
On the free plan it reads the latest month of your mail, chats, channels and contacts. Deep Memory opens your full history, the memories Soda Road keeps about you, and the basic organising actions; Agent Mode adds drafting, sending and full control of your agents. Every action it takes is written down.
Is it safe to let an AI into my mail?
It only holds the permissions you approved on the consent page, and you can revoke it in one click at Settings, Agent access. Anything it reads that somebody else wrote is marked as untrusted, so your AI treats your mail as data rather than instructions, and it cannot approve its own requests to read more.
Which AI apps work?
Anything that speaks MCP: Claude on the web and desktop, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, and any other client. Apps that support the standard sign-in connect with a consent page; everything else uses a personal token you mint in settings.
